Lady Pho Express opened on Bedford Avenue to serve Brooklyn the food we grew up eating. Every broth is started before sunrise, every banh mi is built to order, and nothing leaves our kitchen that we would not serve at our own table. From the first bowl of pho to the last sip of iced coffee, our aim is simple: honest Vietnamese cooking, made quickly, without cutting a single corner. Come sit down, order at the counter, and let us take care of the rest.

A Bowl of Pho Worth the Wait

Pho is what we do best. Beef bones are simmered low and slow with charred ginger, onion and whole spices until the broth turns deep and clean-tasting. We ladle it over fresh rice noodles and finish it your way — house special with round eye, brisket and beef balls, spicy short rib, grilled chicken or pork chop, shrimp, or a full vegetable bowl with tofu and bok choy. Herbs and lime on the side, always.
